Join a unique class discovering how Alexander Technique can boost your performance and recapture your joy as an instrumentalist, singer, or music teacher. We will explore tools for creating more ease and longevity in playing and singing. By studying in a group setting, we create an actual performance space to practice the tools you learn in front of others. Learning within this stimulus makes it more likely to access body awareness when in performance settings in the future.
