Approach
The classical Pilates work is able to adapt to any body with a little creativity and modification to create lean, long and strong bodies. Using different modalities of hands-on and off-body work to release fascia and muscle tension, I help each client build proper strength.
We explore the relationship our bodies have to space to investigate and notice how to make minor adjustments to improve daily movement. With a little exploration of how each individual moves, a program is created to increase your quality of life after each session.
I coach you through the Pilates work as a movement adventure guide to explore new ways of connecting with your body in a boutique studio setting.
My movement process is: to first notice, align mind and body, and then move. Through this explorative process, we work in collaboration to find your innate design to be more efficient and balanced in your movement.
